Payment of a non-refundable deposit of 30% of the total reservation amount is required on confirmation of your booking if your check-in date is more than 30 days. This deposit will secure your booking and dates. The balance is due 30 days before arrival. When booking accommodation where check-in is within 30the days – full amount is required upon booking to secure your dates.
At times we will require a small deposit to cover any damages to the property. If you are required to pay a deposit you would be notified in advance. Amount of the deposit will vary based on the property and the number of people staying.
We operate a non-refundable policy if cancellations are made within a 30 day period. However, we understand that sometimes cancellations are not avoidable therefore we would look at the individual cases. Any refunds will be at the discretion of Cosy-Spaces team.
Yes. We can cater for pet owners and their pets. Additional costs will be added to cover the extra cleaning. Please let us know if you want to bring your pet with you.
